Says his grandfather, Master Watson, played distinguished role in the Revolution, and that his father H. H. Watson was a captain in the army during the War of 1812. However, as the jury is taking a long time to deliberate, there may be points in the case that he missed hearing. Considers some of the legal questions involved in the case.
