Also has payments due for various lengths of cloth as well as buttons, hooks, and thread. The total came to £86.3.3. Not signed, but appears to be in Joseph Billings' hand.

Implies that Hull denied this suspension, stating "... if you can not suspend with what I have requested in my two letters... you may deprive me of what command I have left in what manner you please..."
