Indicates he did not receive money sent, which he explains went to the Commissioners.

Seems to be writing on behalf of the heirs and executors of the Waldo patent. Discusses the northern boundaries of the patent, and asks that the Committee submit their concerns to the General Court.

Form 2 is also a generic form with blanks that a subscriber (which is left blank) would sign agreeing to the terms of payment. The generic forms possibly could be intended for the use of George Ulmer, Henry Knox and Samuel and Isaac Winslow's land agent, when making agreements with the settlers.…
