An agreement made between Bingham and Cobb for "several large and valuable tracts of Land in Sundry parts of the district Main" of Bingham's land. Cobb is named agent and superintendent of the land and agrees to reside on the land where he can manage the land to the best of his abilities. In addition, Cobb agrees to devote all of his time "to enhance the value of the said lands." He also agrees not to participate or interfere with any object of speculation or with the interests of the proprietors.
