Adams in the hope of securing this appointment for "Looker & Reynolds printers" to publish the laws in Cincinnati. But he also requests Hobart's assisstance in persuading Adams. Informs Hobart that Looker and Reynolds operate a free state paper in the city, and one that may decide to support Adams in the upcoming election.
