Indicates clothing orders for these men should be made out, including clothing for the men that reengaged or enlisted on March 5. Isaac Lindsay, charged with desertion, was found guilty of absenting himself without leave and sentenced to 25 lashes. Reports that the corporeal punishment sentenced to Thomas Mattingly of Captain Lewis's Company on 15 September 1795 for leaving his port to sleep, will take place tomorrow.
