Was in Boston six weeks previously and saw Joseph Peirce, who "was making inquiries of me respecting Uncle Fluckers interest in Falmouth, and I think he was of opinion, that it would be best to make partition of such lands as were undivided, with the heirs of Uncle Francis Waldo & Isaac Winslow; it is what I very much wish to have done, as I am persuaded it is for the interest of all the heirs..."
