He advises Mauger to consult with Benjamin Franklin, who is visiting London and is "very sensible and well acquainted with the nature of Paper Currencys. . . . ." He discusses plans to avoid depreciation of the money. Continued 12/26: This section explains that the previous section was a duplicate of another letter he sent.
