Low had been convicted in Ulster County of receiving two barrels of stolen flour, and sentenced to pay a $50 fine and serve 4 months in jail. Written by Jay as Governor of New York. Two seated black and white engravings, one right profile engraving, and one bust engraving of John Jay included.
