Statement, mostly for candles, but also for paper products. Candles are for a lodge, most likely Touro Synagogue, the oldest synagogue in the United States, though it is not named. Rivera belonged to Touro Synagogue. Thomas Vernon, another Rhode Island merchant, is also involved in the account.

Thomas Richardson was the general treasurer of Rhode Island. Peter Bours was the speaker of the Rhode Island House of Representatives from 1757-1759. Jacob Isaacks was a Jewish merchant and broker in Newport.
