Signatures are dated 14 January through 25 January, but without a year. A number of the men appear to have served in Lieutenant Colonel Baldwin's Connecticut Regiment during the American Revolution.

Each man appears to have signed his own name to the list. Names include Enos Hotchkiss, Holrook Atwater, John Lines, Thomas White, Silas Marsh, Abner Tuttle, Nathan Drummer, John Claus, Thomas Bird, Neheemiah Higgins, Jonah Atwater, Medad Mix, Abiel Macomben, and a number of others.
