Pardon of Thomas Youell, who had a death sentence. Remits corporal punishment issued against Joseph Cross, Ebenezer Walker, and Edward Saxton, and orders them to return to their companies. Orders Pay Masters to make returns for Hunting Shirts for detachments under marching orders. Specifies changes in commanders. Orders a general court martial convened tomorrow for as many prisoners as can be brought before it. Wayne was the general in command of the United States Army in Greeneville, Ohio.

Harris is charged with fraudulently obtaining money from the public. The orders list the specifications of the charges against him, including repeatedly charging and receiving money from the United States for his pay, rations, and subsistence as an Ensign in the Legion when he knew he was not entitled to it or had already received it. Hamilton praises Hutson as "a gallant soldier," and "educated & accomplished gentleman, of high moral tone and great integrity of character." He remarks that as his former colonel he often regretted that Hutson had not gotten the promotion he so deserved. Charles was a Corporal in the 1st South Carolina Infantry during the Civil War.

Dated April 21, but no year. William F. Colcock was married to Emmeline L. Huguenin. The baby mentioned could possibly be Emmeline's sister Theodora Colcock, who was born in 1849. Emmeline Colcock died of typhoid fever in 1861.
