Complete title is "Lots drawn by Thomas Flucker Esqr. in the partition of the Estate of Brigr Genl S. Waldo lying in the Town of Falmouth, made amongst his Heirs 1765." The first portion of the document contains a numbered list of land lots. The second portion of the document, written in the same hand as the first, is labeled "Notes by Samuel Winslow Esqr. Septemr 1797." Contains a variety of notes pertaining to the lots. Several notes are added in the same hand and dated as late as 1799.

Also signed by Rebekah Winslow and S. Danforth. S. Danforth writes a note on back about the document. Signatures are partially torn.

Adds that their family sends love to Thomas and asks that he send her compliments to their family in Falmouth.
