Lists the articles of agreement. The treaty was concluded 24 June 1862 between William P. Dole, Commissioner for the United States, and the Councilmen of the Ottawa Indians, Pem-ach-wung, Chief; John T. Jones, William Hurr, and James Wind, Councilmen. Ratified 16 July 1862 and amended 19 July 1862.
