John King, the founder at Salisbury iron works, discusses a date for "blowing out" the iron works, and also reminds Robert, Jr. of the payment he expects.

Agreement to purchase wheat for Robert Livingston, Jr.
Messrs. Ten Eyck and Pawling agree to purchase clean winter wheat at the lowest currnet price for Robert Livingston, Jr. In order to enable them to do this, Robert, Jr. will furnish them with equal quantities of money and refined bar iron.
