One Boy Scouts registration card for Dexter Kelpe dated September 1919. The card is trifold with six pages. Along with certification of Dexter's belonging in the Boy Scouts the card includes; explanations of Morse code, semaphore flags and the Scout oath and law. It also includes information on Dexter including age, troop information and scout leader.
