One copy of a double sided printing of First Lady Ida McKinley and on the reverse side a portrait of First Lady Edith Roosevelt. Portrait of Ida McKinley was painted by Emily Drayton Taylor on April 1899. Caption below her portrait states that she suffered from epilepsy. The portrait of Edith Roosevelt on the reverse side is credited to Theobald Chartran.
