One facsimile from Lewis Russell Long to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated May 12, 1974. Long is against the impeachment of President Nixon. The item is a copy of a telegram addressed to President Nixon that reads, "Do not resign, but fight the howling hyena-ish democrat scavenger politicians and holier than thou republicans who would make a Frankenstein Monster from a silly Watergate mouse ... History will rank you with Washington and Lincoln."
