One facsimile to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated October 22, 1973. This is an article written by Paul Scott entitled "Kennedy-Drinnan Bill: Chilean Marxists To Enter U.S.?" Originally in the Indianapolis News and then picked up by Voice of Americanism Broadcast, Glendale, CA on December 3, 1973. States that the Kennedy-Drinnan Bill would permit more than 50,000 political refugees from Chile to enter the United States. Scott claims that the refugees would include "revolutionaries, Communists, Marxists, and socialists." Believes that this news is overshadowed by the Middle East and Nixon impeachment. Scott claims that this as a "major internal security problem for the nation."
