Our Collection

At the Institute’s core is the Gilder Lehrman Collection, one of the great archives in American history. More than 85,000 items cover five hundred years of American history, from Columbus’s 1493 letter describing the New World through the end of the twentieth century.

Constituent provides a list of organizations that "make up the impeachment lobby who want to destroy our President." Organizations included are the AFL-CIO, UAW, Americans for Democratic Action, The Ripon Society, Common Cause, Ralph Nader's Congress Watch, United Methodist Church, Unitarian Universal Association, American Humanist Association, Quaker Groups, National Council of Churches, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Newsweek and various broadcast networks.
