One letter from Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead to Bob Miele dated February 27, 1974. Item is a response to a constituent’s letter. Provides explanation for his vote on subpoena. He writes, "There is no question but what the Committee needs the power of subpoena and certainly my vote did nothing whatsoever to prevent that power, but it did give me the opportunity to express to you and many others the weaknesses in the particular resolution that was being offered to us."
