One letter from Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead to John E. Lowe dated March 5, 1974. Item is a response to a constituent’s letter. Acknowledged the role that political partisanship plays in impeachment proceedings and defended his subpoena vote. "I have read [the letter] carefully and find that you have some well thought out ideas. I do not agree with all of your conclusions but think there is a lot of common sense in your analysis of the political situation on the third page of your letter."
