One letter from Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead to Carolyn Barker dated February 26, 1974. Item is a response to a constituent’s letter regarding subpoena power and use. Moorhead writes, "I frankly do not believe that just because a resolution or a proposal is approved by lopsided vote there is a requirement that everyone go along with it or that the weaknesses or fallacies in the particular proposal not be expressed."
