One letter from Lillian Maywood to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated October 25, 1973. Maywood is against the impeachment of President Nixon. and writes, "So he has fired one of his employees, so what! People get fired every day. What is all the fuss about anyway. Truthfully -- everyone connected with this affair should take one good look in the mirror, look themselves straight in the eye and ask themselves one question: 'could I personally, withstand an investigation?'"
