One facsimile from Jos Ruffino to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated February 6, 1974. Ruffino is against the impeachment of President Nixon. He writes his opinion on a copy of a soliloquy by Clare Boothe Luce who comedically uses Shakespeare's famous Hamlet speech in support of impeachment.
