The author criticizes Nixon and writes, "I urge you to proceed and fully investigate all of the allegations of the WATERGATE SCANDAL, the election frauds, the IT&T mess, and the secret war in Cambodia and Laos,- and any other matters, - and proceed with the impeachment proceedings against the president if found justifiable."
