One letter to the families of U.S. personnel reported missing in action in Korea from the Department of Defense dated 1950-1953. Message warns families about individuals who attempt to "turn the grief and sorrow of families to their own uses" by promising information about persons missing in action in exchange for money. Families are urged to notify the F.B.I. about communication they receive regarding missing relatives.
