One letter from James H. McConkey to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated July 24, 1974. McConkey supports the impeachment of President Nixon. He criticizes Moorehead's previous excuses for voting against impeachment were that previous presidents had committed similar acts without punishment and writes, "In other words, murderers should not be indicted or tried because murderers before them have not been caught."
