One letter from Richard M. Keller to Congressman Charles Wiggins and copied to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated December 31, 1973. Keller supports the impeachment of President Nixon. He mentions "Operation Candour." and writes, "So now Mr. Nixon will not release further tapes and documents to the Watergate Committee because they might "confuse the public!"
