One letter from John D. Arras to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated October 22, 1973. Arras supports the impeachment of President Nixon and writes, "His flagrant disregard for law and political morality constitute a threat to our form of government and must be brought to an abrupt end."

The copyright law of the United States (title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
