One letter from Roselina Fencil to Leonard Eugene Graeff, dated October 19, 1943. Roselina thanks Leonard for the letter and it is good to hear from him. She is still having back problems, and the doctor wants to put her in a cast for ten days to reduce the pain. Roselina does not want to do this as it will be expensive and she believes the doctor sees it as an experiment. She mentions that Melvin is working at the Firestone plant retreading tires three nights a week. She is also worried about her son Eddie starting school and her daughter Joanna getting hurt. She asks Leonard to write again even though it might take a while for her to respond.
