One pamphlet entitled, "Federal Contributions To States And Local Units With Respect To Federally Owned Real Estate," dated June 1, 1943. This pamphlet concerns federal aid given to state and local governments. This funding is given to supplement tax income in areas in which land has been taken off the tax rolls as it belongs to the federal government. The report gives different recommendations on different types of land use and how to properly compensate the local and state governments. The appendix contains charts on federal aid, as well as bills and compensation related to the Tennessee Valley Authority.
