One document dated January 26, 1877. The testimony states that Robert Bullock, Robert B. Hilton, Wilkinson Call, and James E. Yonge were appointed to cast the electoral votes for the state of Florida in the 1876 presidential election. They declared that when the votes were cast, counted and opened all four electoral ballots declared Samuel J. Tilden for President of the United States, and Thomas A. Hendricks for Vice-President of the United States.
