One pamphlet entitled, "Mortgage Financing for Properties Available to Negro Occupancy," dated 1954. Expresses concern of unfair housing practices committed against African Americans specific to mortgage financing. Lists statistics of differences between white and black housing developers, the latter who would be more likely to be denied housing or granted financial assistance. Mentioned often is the Federal National Mortgage Association.
