Three autographs of a passenger and crew member who were aboard the zeppelin when it crashed in 1937; undated signatures belonged to steward Alfred Groetzinger (two clipped signatures), one signature written with greeting, "Deiner Freund" meaning "Your Friend" and another "Herzlicke Grusse" meaning "Warm regards" ; and passenger George Hirschfeld (one clipped signature) with a written greeting, "Viele Grusse" meaning "Many Greetings."
