This pamphlet is the speech given by Jarvis Tyner, National Chairman of the W. E. B. Du Boise Clubs of America. The speech was given on the opening night of the 3rd national convention. The speech is broken up into two main sections the first is multiple parts. These parts are; State of the Nation, Vietnam, The Capitalist System, Racism, Imperialism, and Youth Today. The sections cover problems with society and policy that is effecting the "youth of the sixties." The second section is called the Program and offers potential solutions. This section is also in multiple parts; Campus, Draft, New Politics, International, Ideology and Black and White Unity.
