Booklet is from the twelfth annual convention of the Virginia state conference of the N.A.A.C.P, which met to discuss "complete educational equality a prerequisite for real democracy." It says at the bottom "pay your poll tax, register to vote." It mentions various speakers in the program. Accompanied by a photograph (GLC09587.296).
