Letter is from H. D Carpenter Jr. to Geraldine Williams in reference to holding socials after basketball games. He says that he presented her idea to the staff and that they agreed that social life is an important part of education and that the athletic committee will try to raise funds for socials. He mentions that for it to happen the staff, students, and chaperones will all have to behave themselves. On the second page "assigned" is crossed out and "assembled" is penned in.
