Moe responds to Sylvia's letters. He discusses the fact that Ben has not been transferred to sea duty yet. He thinks it funny that she assumed he would be sea sick on the way over. He thinks Sammy B. must be getting money from somewhere as he is doing nothing. Talks about gasoline rations. He tells her it is her choice whether she takes the investigator job.
