Lists men in the regiment and details of their injuries. Additional casualties and their type (killed, wounded, taken prisoner) are marked in pink ink next to the names at later dates. Some of the casualties were from the siege of Fort Wagner, which lasted from 18 July 1863 to 7 September 1863.
