Jackson leaves a presentation sword to his son to use " In support of our glorious union and the constitutional rights of our beloved country" and various other swords to family members. With Secretarial copy of a subsequent Will dated 1843/06/07. Written from his mansion at Hermitage. Written at a Hermitage near Nashville, Tennessee.
