Praises Simis' book "The Corrupt Society" (USSR--the corrupt society : the secret world of Soviet capitalism) as an "antidote to some of the gushy sentimentality about our Soviet Friends coming from the media in Geneva." Suggests that it should be required reading for "the so-called Soviet experts in the U.S. Foreign Service." Written on Nixon's personal stationary.
