Discusses complaints against a physician for neglect. Asks Marsh to obtain a position in a post office for a friend of the "constitutional cause." Marked "Private." Dorr had been released from prison the previous year; he had been convicted of treason to the state of Rhode Island after the Dorr Rebellion.
