Full-length seated portrait of Andrew Johnson, 17th President of the United States. Johnson is seated next to a small round table with a statue on it. The same chair and table are also featured in several Gardner photographs of President Lincoln. Printed facsimile signature on mount reads, "Yours truly Andrew Johnson."
