Philip Livingston asks John DeWitt to get the mills in good order so that they may begin grinding grain. He also mentions plans to appoint some men to oversee fences and boundaries on the Manor. Followed by an additional letter on p.2, dated 18 February 1741. Docketed on address leaf.
