Henry states that he can not send his father accurate market prices since it fluctuates so dramatically. He explains that the scarcity of money caused the market to stagnate, but there has been a sudden rise due to a large quantity of cash sent to Boston by Congress to pay off old debts. Docketed on address leaf.
