J. Williams, Clerk, commands the Coroner of Hampshire to arrest Robert and Johannis Van Deusen so that they may be brought before the Court of Common Pleas at Springfield. The two men have been accused of trespassing Josiah Loomis's land at Taghkanic, and cutting down his wheat and indian corn. They are expected to appear in court and pay Loomis for the damage. Followed by a statement signed by Abraham Burbank, Coroner, in which he notes that the two men have been arrested and commited to the jail at Springfield. He also notes that the document is a true copy.
