The Commissioners for Indian Affairs, Peter Schuyler, Hendrick Hun[ter], John Cuyler, Henry Holland, and [J.] Abeel verify that Robert Livingston has worked dilligently as Secretary for Indian Affiars, yet has not received the salary due to him. They therefore request that Livingston be rewarded for his outstanding service and receive the arrears of his salary. Contains the signatures of all five Commissioners.
