Bampfeild writes that he has taken Livingston's concerns before the Board of Trade on several occasions, and promises to forward Livingston's son's commission. He also thanks Livingston for assisting with his appointment to Agent of Albany, and hopes that he can return the favor as Agent. Docketed on verso.
