Winthrop happily writes of the "preservation & safe returne" of John Livingston and Samuel Vetch, and claims to have had "many doubts." He states that he has heard "but a little" of their plans for the next voyage, and writes of an "Act layde before the Lords Spirituall and Temporall for reuniting to the Crowne the Government of Severall Colonyes & Plantations in America." Docketed on address leaf.
